Why don’t we have an online application you can fill out?
Actually, we used to and did for some time. However, what we found out was that it was not a very effective way to retrieve information. Sure, we need to always get an application but having an online application didn’t give you the ability to talk with the salesman and have a dialogue so you could explain your situation or go into more detail with the application and explain any living situation, income, job, credit, etc.
Getting the application process started by calling us and talking to us allows us to take your information over the phone or by fax and then you can go into more detail about your credit, living situation, income, etc., and the type of vehicle your looking for. The salesperson then goes to the finance department with your information and can explain anything on the app to the finance department that was discussed. Online applications just simply gave us facts on paper but didn’t allow you to really have a dialogue and conversation with a real person to go into more detail about yourself and your situation.
How to do an application with us without coming to the store:
If you want to see if you can get approved without coming to the store then it’s very simple:

1)Call 770-795-3216 and ask for a salesperson

2)Tell the salesperson you would like to do an application
At this point they will take some information over the phone from you or fax you an application if you prefer. At this time you and the salesperson can discuss anything on your application and credit as well as explain your situation in more detail. This helps the approval process once the salesman shows it to the finance department because not only do they have an application they can show the finance department but they can also explain to the finance department any situation such as your credit, job, income, etc., since you were able to discuss that with the salesperson.
